While we are processing the data into cores and cavities at the same time we are designing all
parts of the moulds with real tolerance by implementing the latest CAD solutions.
We can read the files that are formatted as Parasolid ( *.xt,*.xmt_txt, *.x_b), STEP(*.stp),
IGES (*.igs.*iges), STL(*.stl), CATIA (*.ct,*.model,*exp), Assembly (*.asm)
DXF (*. dxf), DWG (*.dwg), Part (*.prt), Scetch (*.sec), Pro/DESKTOP Direct (*.des)
Our workshop that corvers 1200 sqm area in total has all the required as well as necessary conditions that enable us to produce high precision moulds. For instance, our machine centers are neatly laid onto the floor that is the basement. Therefore, they are protected from being exposed to any vibration. The interior heat differences are minimized . The comfortableness as well as tidiness of the workshop support us cozy working conditions.
  
All important aspects of product designing are elaborated hand in hand with a creative process in which we and customers are involved. As process get underway we inform the customers of the steps weekly basis. Upon completion of the products we support a try-out report to the customers.
